Advised a Kyrgyz-Korean company involved in the construction of one of the largest residential complexes in the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as its lender, on matters related to construction financing and obtaining land use rights;
Advised an American power generation and distribution company on obtaining land use rights for the construction of power lines, the transmission and sale of electricity, and on restrictions imposed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and the permitted procedure for obtaining temporary land use rights;
Advised leading German consortia on the purchase of real estate for cement production in the Kyrgyz Republic;
Advised a world-renowned broadcasting company on the construction of office buildings in the Kyrgyz Republic;
Advised on, drafted, and participated in discussions regarding a wide range of construction documentation, such as construction contracts with local and foreign companies, project management service agreements, guarantee, financing, and development agreements, and lease agreements; conducted a specialized assessment of compliance with technical, legal, environmental, and permitting/planning regulations;
Advised a major Russian company on the acquisition of land rights and the construction of one of the largest hydroelectric power plants in the region.
